COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE.
Napier. Mr. M. R. Miller reports that the Apley estate, the property of Lieut.-Colonel Whitmore, comprising 18,000 acres of freehold, with improvehas been purchased by Mr. W. C. Buckland, M.H.R., for the sum of £30,500. Mr. M R. Miller reports the sale of 11,000 acres on Messrs. Russell’s Tuna-nui estate, at 35s per acre. The purchasers were Messrs. R. Rhodes and Shields. Mr. Miller has also disposed of another of Messrs Russell’s estates, that of Redeliffe, consisting of 441 acres of land, house and improvements, for the sum of £5000; the buyers were Messrs. Condie.
