Lloyd, John Ross Watts, Sub-Inspector Armed Constabulary, only son of the late Commander Stephen Ross Watts of Torrington Place, Plymouth, Devon, to Sybella Margaret, eldest daughter of the late William Hunt, Esq., Wortle, Sheffield.
