Poverty Bay Mounted Rifle Voluteers, at GISBORNE, on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 2 o’clock p.m. Gisborne Rifle Volunteers, on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 3 o’clock p.m. Absentees subject to the usual penalty. W.
