The Tichborne Perjury C ase.—Dr. Keneally has concluded his defence. He declared his inability to produce Arthur Orton. An intimation has been received from the Treasury to the effect that the Government are willing to defray the expenses of conscientious witness's. Witnesses from Wapping swore that the claimant was not Arthur Orton.
