Long Drive G.M.Co. Annual Meeting.— The Directors’ report stated that it was proposed to make arrangements with adjoining companies to enable their works to be turned to account for opening the Long Drive low levels. The assets of the Company were more valuable by £l2 4s than at the same time last year. Mr. Johnson moved as an amendment to the report that £l2OO be paid out of the reserve fund as a dividend, but it lapsed for want of a seconder. The report was adopted.
