AUGUST. 14—Comerang, p.s., Hughes, from Napier. Passengers .-—B. Locke, Esq., and 2 others. DEPARTURES. AUGUST. 14—Comerang, p.s., Hughes, for Auckland, with original cargo of cattle and sheep from Napier.
The Effie Meikle and Wild Duck cleared at the Customs for Auckland, and will sail to-day. The Comerang returned to the Bay yesterday morning. Captain Hughes reports heavy weather outside.
Exports per Wild Duck: 80 casks beef, 150 pigs, 7 casks tallow, 150 hides, and sundry cargo. Passengers:—Mr. Muir and the Excelsior Troupe (5)
