A large well containing rain water, supplied from the main building, is sunk on the premises; substantially built with brick and Roman ement; it holds 1,600 gallons, and is fitted with a new pump. The Hotel F U iJ KE, FITTINGS, and, EFFECTS, will be taken at a valuation separately, for cash. N.B. — A License has been granted to the Shamrock Hotel from the Ist of July next.
