Benson.—ln the Resident Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, William Benson was fully committed for trial for maliciously shooting a bullock the property of G. E. Read. Prisoner elected to go to the Block-house and await the sittings of the Supfeme Court at Napier, whither he was sent yesterday bv the Comerang.
