For building a culvert across the Main Road to Ormond, about half way between King’s comer and Colebrook’s Hotel. 3rd. For improving the Ford at the mouth of the Waikanae Stream. 4th. That New, Commodious, Substantially-built, Family Hotel; and Boarding House,: at present in the occupation of-the undersigned. The property stands on Town section No. 36; is pleasantly-situated at the comer of <Childersstreet and Lowe-street, Gisborne, and commands an extensive view of the Water and Plains of Poverty Bay. The Hotel FURNITURE, FITTINGS, and EFFECTS, will be taken at a valuation, separately, for cash. N.B. —A License has been granted to the Shamrock Hotel from the Ist of July next.
