tffuwAY, May 29. [Before W. K. Knurr, Esq., B.M.] Bbad v. MaTZXGA Tamuonx—Claim £42, amount of order drawn on Messrs. Johnson, Brothers, and Westrnp. Judgment for plaintiff Davis v. Bidqood.—Claim £4l ss, amount of 1.0. U. Judgment for plaintiff. Fbasbb ▼. Blackstock—Claim£s,damages for trespass And driving plaintiff’s sheep. After going into the case the Court decided it had no jurisdiction as the dispute involved a question as to title. Shiblby v. Gbbenb. — Breach of Rural Police Act. Sergeant Shirley laid an information against defendant for having allowed the carcases of dead cattle to remain on the beach, that being a public thoroughfare, which the Court dismissed on the ground that the offence was not committed within the boundary of the township, and the said beach not being a thoroughfare, within the meaning of the Act. Holloway v. Smith & Taylob. — Claim £8 16s, amount of dishonored order. This case was adjourned from the 22nd of May, and ultimately withdrawn by consent. Martin v. Caulton. — Claim £lO 7s Id, amount due on account of labor. The defence was that the plaintiff had not completed his contract. Judgment for defendant with costs. Gilmobb 5. Holloway. — Claim £2B 18s, being the value of certain pigs bought by the plaintiff and not delivered. Judgment for defendant with'costs, //f J. . L
