A large well containing rain water, supplied from the main building, is sunk on the premises; substantially built with brick and Roman cement; it holds 1,600 gallons, and is fitted with a new pump. The Hotel FURNITURE, FITTINGS, and EFFECTS, will be taken at a valuation, separately, for eash. N-B. —A License has been granted to theShamrock Hotel from the Ist of July next.
