A Wanganui telegram states that the channel «of the river at Wanganui is rapidly becoming wider «ad shallower.—The ship Crusadsr left Sjyttdttftnlfor London on the 9th instant, with 2,751 bales of wool, 5,951 sacks wheat, 1,021 sacks flour, 95 tons preserved meat, 138 bales ■phormium, and -19. tons tallow.—From Taranaki we learn that the long-promised moorings for the Waitara have «t last been laid down.— Hauke's Bay Herald.
