Shirley wants me to give Five bob for registry; And that, send I may live, Is wery hard on I. I loves my dog, I do, My dog loves me also; (I puts it unto you— Ain’t this a pretty go.) But though I’m fond o’ Jim, And he is fond of me, I’ll have to settle him : Five bob’s five bob, ye see.
