Takahirangi.—Debt £11,75. i ) Z ■ ' 7 Read v.’ Tarr.—Balance of account, £5O. Judgment for amount. Foster an® Axtokasox v. Winter.—This was a disputed claim for a balance stated by the plaintiffs to.be due to them as the transferees-of a contract, let by the defendant to Mr. Hales, while acting as Engineer to the Rpad Board. Defendant admitted an overpayment to Hales of Bs, which Hales acknowledged and handed over to Mr. Winter. The Court could not see that the odd 4d was recoverable, from the defendant, and 'gave judgment for 811 accordingly
