PORT OF POVERTY BAY. High Water. March 15.— 6.15 morning; 6.28 evening. March 16.— 6.41 morning; 6.55 evening. March 17.— 7.10 morning; 7.24 evening. March 18.— 7-41 morning ; 7.59 evening. ARRIVALS. March 12.—Opotiki, schooner, from Napier. Passenger: Mr. Kirton. March 14.—Comerang, p.s., Captain Chrisp, from Napier, with 1,100 sheep. Passengers: Mrs. Harding, Mr. A. Browne, Bishop Waiapu, Mr. DeMoidrey, Mr. Johnson. The Paterson is telegraphed to leave Auckland this day. The Rangatira arrived at Napier on Thursday last; but as she was merely subsidized to carry a few birds on to that port, she would most likely return immediately. The Comerang arrived in the bay on Thursday and came into the river at daylight yesterday morning. She brought 1,100 sheep for Mr.*' DeMoidrey, which were landed in first rate condition. This vessel steamed for Napier at 4 o’clock in the afternoon ; she will return liere.on Sunday, and leave again for Napier on Monday" evening. The Comerang will be placed on the Auckland berth again in about a fortnight hence.
