T HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that It is A my intention to repudiate the sale, bv my wife, Mrs. Kats Wvllijs, of the GJSBOkNE TOWN LANDS, to the General Government, so far as her interest therein is concerned, on the principle that, as a feme covert, she had no power to sell or alienate her estate in the same, —nor can such sale, on her part, be enforced by the Government, either at law or in equity. I now therefore propose to refund to the Government, the amount received by Mrs Wyllie, as part of the purchase money of the said Block, (£55 Ils), with interest thereon, from the date of payment; and will, in CONJUNCTION with MY WIFE, proceed WITHOUT DELAY to deal with her interest in said Block, in such manner of way (by leasing or selling) as to us may appear expedient.
