Johnson v. Nopera.—Claim 10# for detention of men in plaintiff’s employ.—Judgment for plaintiff. Rawinia Kewa V. Davis.—Assault. Complainant accused defendant of having.molested her on her way home from her cultivation, by pushing her down; and believing in an indecent manner, but brought no evidence to substantiate her statement. Michael Boland—for defendant —stated that he had given defendant instructions to search any natives coming from the direction of his orchard, with bags or kit#.— Ordered to pay £2. Bowland v. Hawkins.—Claim of £8 10# 7d, disputed account.—Judgment for plaintiff, with costs.
