No person shall be allowed to enter a hone in other than the Hack Races, unless he is a subscriber to the Bace Fund of at least Two Guineas; and for the Pony Race he must be a subscriber of at least One Guinea. All Entries enclosing fee, 15 per cent, on value of stakes, description of horse, colors of rider to be made in writing to the Hon. Secretary not later than 7 p.m. on the Saturday previous to Races, at the Album Hotel. The winner of any match ran on the Course to pay Ten Shillings to the Stewards. 5 per cent, to be deducted from anwnipt -of winnings towards expenses. Money to be paid previous to starting.
