Judgment £5 10s. and costs. Holloway t. Jones. Mr. Cuff for plaintiff, claim £27 7s. 6d. amount of 1.0. U. given by defendant. Judgment for £25 9s. 6d. and costs. Maora Pani v. Charles Burgess. Assault. No appearance of defendant; warrant
was ordered to issue for his apprehension At a later hour of the day the case gone into and adjourned to next Thursday for furth.., evidence. ' 1 r
