QIBB O BN E SCHOOL, Funds are urgently needed for the purpose of lining the School-room, of fenci ig the school reserve, and of erecting adwelling for the school-master. It is estimated that these works will cost at least £3OO. The Board of Education has expressed a willingness to assist local efforts ; but a statement of the amount raised in the district, toward the proposed object, must accompany the application. The committee, therefore, make this appeal to the inhabitants of the district, to make a strenuous and united effort, to raise a good portion at least of the sum required, in order that an application for assistance may be made to the Board, as soon as possible.
