Nominations must, be accompanied by feds, and all fees must be paid before the competitor starts. 3. Provident Fund Fee (£1) must bo paid direct to the Secretary, New Zealand Trotting Association, before nomination, otherwise a fine of £5 will be imposed. 4. The Winner of any race after the declaration of handicaps may be rehhndicapped. ' 5. Horses will bo handicapped in all races by yards. 6. Placed horses either at Auckland or Cambridge meetings, if nominated for any event at this meeting, may, if otherwise qualified, be re-nominated for a higher class at this meeting provided that such nomination be made before 2 p.m. -on Monday, 11th May, 1925. 7. Rule 136—Every owner shall register hip racing colors, and shall not race a horse, ill Other than his registered colors, •leapt by permission of the Stewards, which permission shall be granted only under special circumstances, and upon payment of the sum of 10s for each time a horse belonging to such owner starts in colors other ;than his registered -colors. 8. Owners of horses starting for the first time after being registered with the Association, must produce their copy of the completed registration form to the Stipendiary Steward at the meeting. Such horses must also be produced in the Birdcage at 10.30. a.m. prior to the first race of tho Meeting for inspection by the Stipendiary Steward. 9. New Zealand Rules of Trotting:— Every person applying for admission .to anf ;COurso and every person entering or endeavoring to enter a horse in any race, and every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by those rqles. and to be barred from questioning the action of the Conference, Appeal Judges, Association, Club, Racing Club or body, Committee, Stewards, Officials, Agents or Servants in respect of any such person connected therewith otherwise than is provided foy in the Rules. NOTE.—To all owners not securing any pldce money at the meeting tho Club will pay- boat fare for horses one way only. All Nominations aiid Acceptances to be addressed to the Secretary, Gisborne.
