TELEGRAMS.
Wellington, Nov. 17.—-An information has been sworn against Mr William Henshaw, a partner in tho firm of Messrs W. J. Hunt and Ox, for acting as an auctioneer without being duly licensed. The penalty in the case of a conviction of such an offence is £IOO, with (?) the Magistrate having the option of a reduc on. The case is sat down for Wednesday. The Masterton A. and P. Show was held at Masterton to-day. The attendance was good. The total number of entries received amounted to about 530, and in ail classes excepting sheep there are material increases upon last year’s gurcs.
