Industrial Exhibits will be charged freight one way from any Union Co’s port to Wellington. Fire insurance will be efleeted to cover general risk, and great care taken in packing and unpacking, and general supervision. Written notice of intended Exhibits, giving full particulars of name, nature, price (if for sale), class, and general information must be sent to the Secretaries not later than December 10th, and as early as the end of October, where practicable, and Exhibits must be delivered in Patea, preceded by advice notes, not later than December 20th.
