LoNDOX,November 3—llerr Wevmuth, German Commissioner to the Melbourne Exhibition, will visit London- shortly to conclude final arrangements before leaving for Australia. It is announced that O’Brien has been removed from the Cork Gaol, on account of the Visiting Justices of that establishment, pronounced Nationalists, having threatened to interfere with the prison discipline. The Duke of Sutherland is suffering from an illness of a serious nature. London, November 4- Sir P Dillon Bell, Agent-General for New Zealand, has made representations to the Colonial Office that it is necessary for the British Government to obtain from the French cabinet an assurance that convicts from New Caledonia shall not be removed to the New Hebrides.
