PATEA HOSPITAL BOARD.
The above Board met immediately after the*adjournment of the Domain Board, when, there were present■ Messrs R. V Adams (chairman). Death, Hunter; Lupton, Paterson, Strachan and Symes- y*’ The minutes of former meeting.read and confirmed. Correspondence read and considered. Surgeons report read and received. Accounts amounting to £22 14s 4d, were passed for payment. The Chairman was authorised to allow the matron to obtain assisstance when urgently needed. It was also resolved to request the members for Waitotara and Egraont, to render their assistance in obtaining the formation of the Patea Hospital District into a separate Charitable Aid District, with, a view to economical working. This was all the business and the Board adjourned. ‘
