NEW CULTIVATOR.
_— A Victorian mechanic lias invented a grnbbcr or cultivator specially lor the purpose of cleaning the land from conch and sorrel, and wherever it has tried (writes “ Old Farmer,” N-.Z. Industrial Gazette ) it has satisfaction to the farmers. It is called *• Cockerell and Son's Carriage Cultivator,” for which there is an agency in Oamnru, and as Messrs pockereil have established a branch manufactory in Invercargill, there is every probability of it being extensively used in Now Zealand. I have seen it at work,, and from its construction it does work very effectively.
