Sir, —For the benefit of those in this community afflicted with the malady known as cacoelhes scribendi, and ns an inducement for them to persevere, kindly insert the first sentence of Section 31 of “ Teacher Conditions of Service of the Wanganui Education Board,” and oblige Alex. W. Williamson. “ Teachers In the service of the.Board are not to write to the public press on subjects connected with their school duties, or with the proceedings of those holding permanent or temporary official relations with them.”
