No entry will be received for any races except upon this condition—that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the lion. Secretary, Hawera, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and in case of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 sovs. When two or more horses stait, the property of the same owner a distinguishing colour must be worn. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 2 sovs to the race fund. All races to be run under Wanganui Jockey Club Rules.
