The Man Who Waxes Strong Every Day,—The shoemaker. The Eyno, has arrived at Auckland from the South Sea Islands. She reports the total wreck of Auckland schooner Pirate on the Island Mahiniki. No lives were lost. The hull was sold for 2 Idols, and the cargo for 1900 dols. The larger part of cargo was plundered.by natives shortly after the vessel went ashore. A portion was returned through the influence of the missionary. The vessel was owned by Mr James McFarlane, She was insured in the Colonial Office for £IOOO,
