The Now King of Auam
(nBTJTER— COPT RIGHT.) LONDON, Dec 21
The Homeward mails, vi& Suez and Brindisi, dated Melbourne, November Blh, were delivered hero yesterday. Dec 20.
Latest intelligence to hand from Tonqniu reports that Yoeduc has assumed the title of King of Anam, with the support of a large proportion of the inhabitants. His succession, however, is strongly opposed by the Anamose, and much excitement prevails at Hne in consequence of the antagonism of the two parties. It is probable that the preservation of peace will be undertaken by the French commander, and that the capital will be occupied by a strong garrison of French troops.
