LONDON, Dec 14.. Both Houses of Parliament are summoned to meet for the despatch of business on February sth. PARIS, Dee 14. t Intelligence is to hand from Tonqnin t reporting that the King of Annin has been poisoned,- and that his death has been caused by conspiracy among the anti-French party in Anam. CAIRO, Dec 14. A telegram has been received from the Governor of Dongqlo announcing that he has received authentic information that Hicks Pasha was not killed at the time his army was annihilated by the rebel Arabs, but succeeded in escaping, and is now at Berkcfc. Later intelligence from ths Sonclan stales that dissension has occurred among the tribes who were leagued together under El Mahdi, and that they are now returning to their former isolated condition. General Mallot has received orders to proceed to Tonqnin in commandof two brigades, comprising 5,000 men. The forces in Tonqnin will, by these reinforcements, bo raised to a strength of 16,000 men. MADRID, Dec 14. Prince Frederick William, the German Crown Prince, arrived to-day at Barcelona, en route for Italy. HONG KONG, Dec 14. _ Admiral G. 0.
