Weather forecast for 24 hours,- from 9i a. in. tod ay, Wind-—between northwest and south-west in both islands. Barbraeter-7-fufther fall at all places south of Lyttelton and Hokitika within - 10 hours, and later at all other places. Sea—increase on western coast, smd between Kaiko'ura and. Castle Point.; Warnings for westerly galoshave been sent to all stations south of Napier and New Plymouth. Synopsis of fast 2i hours—very little movement of the baromer has taken place at any of the stations northward of Napier and New Plymouth, but from thence southward it has fallen steadily, generally with strong northerly winds and a little rain.
