Intelligence is to hand from Khartoun, a large town in Upper Mobia, that-El Mudhi, with a great following, is now in close proximity: to that place, and has stopped all sdpplics from entering. It is feared (hat the rebels are about to attack the town, and the population (numbering, nearly 50,000) are panic stricken, hundreds having already fled from.their homes.
