Last night was inspection parade of the Patea Rifles. Next Tuesday will bo muster inspection parade, at which every man on the roll is supposed to put in an appearance, even if ho cannot remain. is also absolutely compulsory for the whole of the members to do class firing and judging distances. Friday and Saturday mornings are set apart for judging distance, and the class firing must bo completed by to-morrow night. Any member who fails to go to the target in the morning must go out tomorrow afteinoon at 2 o’clock, without fail, when Sergt Nixon will bo on the ground to superintend.
