Mr Charles lias been a very successful Teacher in the principal towns of both Upper and Lower Canada. In this Colony he for nearly two years held the position of Organist to St Peter’s Church, Havelock ; and since that, up to thg time of his illness, was Conductor of the Hawera Choral Society. Lessens will be given at St Jamei’ Hall, or at pupil’s private residence. A Class for Beginners will be commenced ■on SATURDAY > afternoon, the Gth October, at 3 o’clock.
