PATEA RIFLE VOLUNTEERS will Fire for District Prizes on the 12th and 13th November, at 5.30 a.m. They will also parade for Inspection on the 13th and 20th inst, at p.m. Muster parade will be held on the 20th. RAILWAY NOTICE. Fatea - Manawatu Section. ON FRIDAY, November 9ih, 1883, nn EXTRA TRAIN will leave Mountain for the Waverley Racecourse at 9.45 n.m., and Patea at 10.15 a.m., leaving the Course on the return journey at 5,30 p.m. An Extra Train will leave the Coarse for Wanganui at 5.45 p.m, r ' The 8.35 a.m. Train from Wanganui will stop at the Course.
