A fire broke out in n timber yard at Haggerstori, north of London, two days •go, and has been burning furiously the whole of that time, all efforts to stop the progress of the flames being ineffectual. The conflagration spread to the adjoining premises, and twelve small houses were completely destroyed. BELGRADE (Servia), Nov 5. A serious insurrection movement has been commenced at Scernareka (?), and a considerable force of Servian troops has already been despatched to the scene of the rising, with the object of promptly checking the same. BOMBAY, Nov i. News has been received here that the rebels, under the leadership of Imann’s brother, who were besieging Muscat, have fled from their position. The shelling by the guns of H.M.S. Philomel proved very disastrous to the besiegers, and effectually dislogcd them.
