[per press association^ CHRISTCHURCH, Oct, 25. It is now generally supposed , that the ketch which foundered off Cape Campbell on lasi Friday week was the Palmerston, bound from Oamaru to Wanganui with a cargo of potatoes, ’ which wore insured. She was in charge of Captain Manson. George Forsyth and Thomas Crawley formed the crew.
