Waverley, entrance money enclosed (exchange must be added to cheques), with the .name,-age at time of entry,, pedigree, and, in case .i of handicaps, the performance of horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined 3 sovs k . When two or more horses start,, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half hour before starting Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with: this rule shall pay a fine of 5 sovs' to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. In all races, the second horse only saves his stakes when it is especially mentioned that he'does so. No qualification fee. No entries or nominations w’dl he received under any pretence whatever after the specified time for closing.
