DISMISSAL OF MR FOULIS.
The Education Board met yesterday and discussed nt great length the motion by Mr Snelson f* that three months notice of dismissal be given Mr FonHs, Jch.was carried by five to three. The s .were: Messrs Sanson, ißaker, Jge, Tnplin, and Sir W. Fox ; Noes: Messrs Carson, Boss, and the Chairman (Mr Watt). Mr Snelson. did not vote.
