FIGHTING IN MADAGASCAR.
Delfeat of tho French. [REUTER —-COPYRIGHT.]] LONDON, Sept 25. Telegrams which have been received from Zanzibar report that, fighting has taken place between the Hovas and French troops in Madagascar. The former made an attack in force on the position occupied by the French on the west (sic) coast of the Island, and after stubborn fighting, lasting several hours, the French were driven from their position with considerable loss.
