[per press association.] WELLINGTON, This day. Weather forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day. Wind—between north-west and south west in both islands. Barometer—Rise at all stations, but falling again at all places southward of Napier and Now Plymouth after sixteen hours. Sea —increase on Western coast. Warnings for westerly gales have been sent to all places south of Napier and New Plymouth.
