Sir Arthur Blythe, Agent-General for South Australia, invited tenders for his Governmcntfor a loan of £1,500,000. The minimum fixed is at 98£. Sir Anthony Mnsgrave, Governor of Queensland, sailed for Brisbane to-day, by the Orient steamship Soratn. A proclamation has been issued by the Irish Executive declaring certain parts of the counties of Mayo, Clare, and Limerick, to be disturbed districts. The force of constabulary now stationed there has been found to be insufficient to preserve order, and is to be strengthened. Fourteen bars of gold which were stolen from the safe of the Commercial Bank of Australia, have been found on the bank premises. The son of the caretaker is suspected of the robbery, and has been arrested.
