ELECTRICAL RAILWAY.

At Brighton, says a Horae paper,, an experimental, electric railway, projected and carried out by Mr. Magnus Yolk, electrical engineer to the Brighton Corporation, has just been opened. The line is laid along the beach, from the Aquarium to the Chain Pier, a distance of a quarter of a mile, aud the travelling accommodation consists of a single car, which carries twelve persons, beveral thousands of persons were attracted to the sea front to witness the opening, which was performed by the Mayor, who, accompanied by several ladies and gentleman, made the initial trip. The car moved very freely, and the experiment was regarded a success.
