ILLEGALLY RESCUING CATTLE.
Fined Five Founds; At the R.M, Court this afternoon the case brought by the Poundkeeper against Robert Carter Gowland and Geo. Gowland was heard, and after a number of witnesses had been examined, His Worship inflicted a fine of £5 each upon each of the accused, or as an alternative one month’s imprisonment.
