Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 sovs to the Race Fund.All races to be run under the W.J.C. rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. In all races the second horse only saves his stakes when it is especially mentioned that he does so. No qualification fee. No entries or nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the specified time for closing.
