All pew rents are now payable half-yearly in advance, and applications addressed to the Churchwarden enclosing pew rents for half-year ending 31st December, 1883, the number of seats required, and all pew rents in arrear on 30th June last, will be received up to Saturday,, the 22nd inst,. after 1 which date the Vestry will allot the pews to applicants. N.B.—Old pew-holders applying as above will, if desired, have their old pews re-allotted to them as far ns possible. Plan of pews to be seen at the office of the undersigned. IN the District Court of Taranaki, holden at Hawera. —In the matter of the “ Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and in the matter of a Deed of Assignment dated the 7th day of September, 1888, between Charles Days, of Mnnaia, Contractor, of the first part, Benjamin Conrad Robbins, of Hawera, Iron Merchant, and George Robert Horner; of Manaia, Commission Agent, of the second port, and the j Creditors of the said Charles Days of the third part. . -j Notice is hereby given that the abovementioned deed has been filed in the District Court at Hawera, whereby the above-named Charles Days, in order to an arrangement with,,l]is.creditors, did convey and assign all his real and personal property, except as therein .mentioned, unto the above-named Benjamin Conrad Robbins and George Robert Horner, upon trust for the, benefit of the creditors of the said Charles Days.
