ATTEMPTED INCENDIARISM.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) INVERCARGILL, This day. An ntlempt has : been made to burn down a woolshed on the Ben more station . During the last week the doors were all locked, and on Saturday it was found a side door had been forced open and a quantity of kerosene spilled on the floor and ignited. The fire most have bnrned itself oat, ns the wall was charred for some distance np, and some of the boards nearly bnrnt through. The police are making enquiries. The building was insured.
