ALLEGED INCENDIARISM.
At the R.M. Court this afternoon, Captain Wray presiding, Joseph Gildon was charged with maliciously setting fire to n stack of wheat straw, the property of William Palmer, at Waverley, on the 6th August. Sergeant Donovan applied for a remand till next Friday, as the prisoner had only been arrested yesterday, and consequently no evidence had been obtained. The case was accordingly adjourned.
