SIX sections in CAPE SURVEY DISTRICT, and one section in OPUNAKE SURVEY DISTRICT, of AGRICULTURAL RURAL LAND, comprising 350 acres, will be open for application on DEFERRED PAYMENTS, at £2 10s to; £3 10s per acre, on Monday, the 30th July, at the Land Offices, Patea, Hawera, and New Plymouth. Eight sections in CAPE SURVEY DISTRICT, comprising 290 acres, will be offered for SALE FOR CASH, by public auction, at the upset price of £2 10s to £3 10s per acre, on Wednesday, the Ist August, at the Land Office, New Plymouth. Six forfeited deferred-payment sections in WAIROA and OTOIAOPAKU DISTRICTS, comprising 684 acres, will be offered for sale on DEFERRED PAYMENTS, at £1 10s to £4 per acre, by pubic auction on Saturday, the 4th August, at the Land Office, Patea. The valuation for improvements will have to be paid for in cash at the time of auction. Nine forfeited deferred-payment sections in WATMATE, KAUPOKONUI, and HAWERA SURVEY DISTRICTS, comprising 639 acres, will be offered for sale on DEFERRED PAYMENTS, at £1 10s to £6 per acre, by public auction, on Wednesday, the Bth August, at the Land Office, Hawera.
